Due to the difficulty in getting accurate international shipping quotes automatically, we will contact you by email after you place your order with the shipping options and rates for your particular order to your country. If your order will fit in any of the flat rate boxes, we will also provide these rates as well. At that time you can decide if you still want to proceed with the order or cancel.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened/unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Unless the product was defective leaving us, we do not refund shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping - our actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

How to Order Online

To purchase an item online, simply click the "order" button to the right of the item. When you have finished adding items to your Basket, click "View Ordert" (in the left section of every page of our site). This is the beginning of the ordering process. Make any necessary adjustments to your order in the "Modify Basket" section.

Changing and Deleting an Item

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Basket, go to "Modify Basket" and change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Modify Cart" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Basket items to confirm any changes.

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, go to "modify cart" and place a zero in the "Quantity" box for the item and click the "Modify Cart" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Basket items to confirm any changes.


The Perfume Place is required to collect sales tax of 6% (plus any local tax) on all orders shipped within the STATE OF FLORIDA. All orders billed & shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.

Back Orders & Out of Stock

We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when to expect it or we can offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
